Is there anyone who does mushroom farming here? At how much do you sell your mushroom per kg and how do you market it?

Procedures
Soak the growing in water for overnight and remove them the following day, this enables the growing the media to take up enough water to support the growth of the spores
Squeeze the water out of the growing media so that they remain just moist.
Pack the growing media into a sack and pack the sack into, put the sack into a saucepan and boil for 9hours to kill bacteria.
Then the grow media is spread onto a clean polyethene so as to cool
The add lime together with sugar to the media and mix well.
Pack the growing media into polyethene 2plates per small black polyethene.
Add the oyster spores to the media into polyethene and mix well.
Tie the polyethene and take them to dark room and wait for them to colonize.
Cut slits onto the sides of the polyethene in order for the spores to sprout out
