I get chicks and when a month or two months old they die one by one even after giving new castle vaccine. What cud be the course?

Newcastle is just one among several cause of death in poultry. Kindly are they confirmed as having died of Newcastle. Nonetheless effectiveness of vaccine too depends on several factors from storage, transportation and administration. Most probably there could be some underlying causes of mortalities that might need confirmation by your veterinarian.
Consult your vet to establish the cause of the mortalities.It is unlikely that they are succumbing to Newcastle disease.This disease normally kills massively. You need to get the vaccination schedule and institute management changes...This platform offers short courses on poultry keeping
