Can infrared heat lamps have negative effects on chicks, Mine are becoming weaker, diarrhearing and die off. Or is it a disease? Any immediate assistant I Will be glad

That is disease, can you describe the diarrhea( colour)etc. Meanwhile addminister chick formula and esb3
