Kindly separate the unhealthy birds and administer Esb3 or biosal. You must be having problem of dampness in the chicken house. If so improve on that too.

Are they exibiting other signs?.Dropping wings is one of the signs of 'sick bird syndrome'.It is un unspecific sign which a diagnosis cannot be based upon.
