If no other symptoms are associated with the cough , just a sneez then no worry just improve on the ventilation to reduce accumulation of ammonia and or dust. Otherwise you could be having chronic respiratory disease among other differential diagnosis that should have have you visit the nearest vet shop for antibiotic prescription. Meanwhile have the coughing birds isolated from the rest.
